    The quick release couplers with their distinctive blue and red colour coding for the low and high pressure side of AC systems are the ideal tool for filling / charging of refrigerants (R134a).     The filling connector connects in seconds to the Schrader valve thus facilitating filling of refrigeration equipment with refrigerants and increasing your productivity. The use is quite simple. Only pull back the sliding sleeve of the quick coupling and place the connector onto the Schrader valve thread. When pushing the sliding sleeve forward, the clamping jaws are locked and the internal stop valve opens. Refrigerant filling can now begin.

Thanks to the easy push & pull actuation, the TW111 service coupler connects instantly to ¼” SAE male Schrader valves, thus being the ideal tool for filling refrigerants.

The integrated shut-off valve prevents the media escape by up to 99%. The refrigerant remains in the filling hose and can be correctly disposed of. Besides environmental protection, the operator is thus protected from cold burns to the hands.

The TW111 is rated for an operating pressure of max. 610 psi and has a chloroprene front seal. It is the customer’s responsibility to clarify the media compatibility. The service access fitting has a 90° media inlet and a colour-coded blue sliding sleeve for the low side service port of A/C units. The small outer diameter of only 25 mm simplifies the connection procedure to the R134A service access port in restricted areas.

The Connector is also available with straight media inlet and red sliding sleeve for the high side service port.
