    WEH® TW101 | Function
The WEH® TW101 Quick Coupler for gas cylinder valves with female thread and pressure regulator provides a pressure-tight connection in seconds. The split collet design system locks securely into the cylinder valve thread and seals tightly. The residual pressure valve on the gas cylinder valve opens pneumatically. On request the opening can also be effected manually via hand lever.
Description
WEH® Connector TW101 for filling and evacuating of gas cylinders with female thread with medical oxygen, bail handle actuation, max. 3,600 psi
Fill and evacuate medical oxygen simply, safely and efficiently using the WEH® TW101 filling connector. It is the ideal tool for use with gas cylinder vales with female threads and pressure control valve.

The highly innovative WEH® jaw locking mechanism establishes a secure and pressure-tight connection in seconds. The expandable thread segments close tight in the thread of the cylinder valve while sealing the valve pressure-tight at the same time. There is no need for laborious screwing or unscrewing, which reduced the workload enormously and makes the operator’s work much easier. It also protects the user’s joints from strain.

The residual pressure valve on the gas cylinder is opened pneumatically. Where requested, it can also be opened manually using a hand lever.

For increased safety for the operator, the connector is fitted with an integrated safety peg. The gas pressure activates the safety peg automatically, preventing the valve from being disconnected accidentally while under pressure.

For especially easy handling, the filling connector can be optionally fitted with a swivel joint. This joint allows it to be rotated into the required position.

The quick connector is available for gas cylinder valves conforming to DIN, BS, NF, CGA, etc.
Connectors for oxygen applications are oxygen cleaned, and are free of oils and greases.
